Honeybees working on Fatsia in late Nov 2020

Attractive, evergreen shrub offering particular interest at this time of the year. Fatsia have large, glossy, lobed leaves, with panicles of cream flowers that offer much needed nectar in early winter. It’s flowers produce LOTS of nectar (and pollen) and is irresistible to many insects, and so this plant is something of a fall pollinator-magnet.
